Grandad always made our journeys on holiday fun. I remember stopping off for lunch. Always a cheese roll and a cup of tea. He was amazed I didn't like either when I was younger. He loved his cheese sandwiches and tea. He always let me sit and pretend to drive the car and joke about me not speeding. It always made our trip to holiday so much more fun when grandad and lin took us.

I had the privilege to meet Tony during his journey living with dementia, he was a fine gentleman and his smile and humour would light up the room when I visited.
I was aware of his passion of his work as he would often reference to this during my visits and Linda was always so proud about all the tasks/items he had turned his hand too in their home.
Linda was always a tower of strength for Tony and at every stage made sure Tony lived well with his diagnosis.
I will miss my visits to such an amazing couple.

Our Tony was an Arsenal fan
A devotee when a boy and a man
For Tony the Gunners
Were always front runners
All other teams were just "also ran"!
